An exhibition of five young Lithuanian architects who graduated abroad. Participants: Mantas Gipas, Dalia Puodžiūtė, Julius Seniunas, Kotryna Urbonaitė and Gabrielius Varnelis.

The “Feedback” exhibition, which will be opened in Kaunas in October, invited five young architects, who graduated abroad, to present their work and to establish feedback with Lithuania. The exhibition will include works of Mantas Gipas (Umeå University, Sweden), Dalia Puodžiūtė (KU Leuven, Belgium), Julius Seniunas (KU Leuven, Belgium), Kotryna Urbonaitė (Delft University of Technology, Holland) ir Gabrielius Varnelis (Delft University of Technology, Holland). The exhibits will cover a wide range of topics, from the Forensic Centre in Bucharest to the heterotopic enclaves in Bangkok.

The exhibition will feature models, projections, drawings and other materials that the exhibitors intended to present. The aim of this event is not only to introduce the most interesting works and innovative methods of architectural education, but also to focus on ways of exhibiting architecture. Therefore, the participating architects will not only have the opportunity to present their projects, but will also be able to offer their vision for the exhibition. The presentation of each work will become a separate new small project – an experiment.

The exhibition organized by Kaunas Branch of the Lithuanian Architects’ Union was open to all Lithuanian architects who have graduated higher education institutions abroad during the last four years. Exhibitors were selected by a panel of internationally experienced architects, academics and researchers: Ona Lozuraitytė and Kazys Varnelis.
